Established in 2003 in Gebze Plastics Organized Industrial Zone (GEPOSB), Polres Polyester is a 100% domestic capital company that produces saturated and unsaturated polyester resin, vinyl ester resin, gelcoat, adhesive paste and pigment paste. Polres Polyester, which has gained an important place in the sector with its continuous R&D studies since its establishment, has reached a competitive position in the world polyester resin market.

Technological Investments and Capacity Increase

Responding to all the needs of the composites industry with its qualified and trained technical staff, Polres offers the best solutions to its customers. In 2007, the company purchased land in the GEPOS region in order to double its capacity and invest in new machinery. In 2012, it established its new facility, which will increase its capacity to 2000 tons, on the existing factory land with its own capital. In this modern facility, Polres Polyester continuously increases its production of saturated and unsaturated polyester resin, gelcoat and pigment paste in parallel with the increase in demand in domestic and foreign markets.

In line with the increase in the demands of our export market, an investment was made to increase our current capacity of 2000 tons per month to 5000 tons by the end of 2024. At the end of March 2025, we will continue to serve our customers with our new capacity and new products.

Export and Special Product Development

In line with the demands of the domestic and foreign markets, Polres Polyester has presented its products to international markets by conducting intensive R&D studies within its own organization and with its own capital. By developing special products in line with the demands from foreign markets, it has become a company that exports 85% of its capacity.
