Filament Winding

Filament windingis an automatic open molding process that uses a rotating mandrel as a mold. The male mold configuration produces a finished inner surface and a laminate surface in the outer diameter of the product. It is used in the manufacture of composite tanks, pipes, silos, cylindrical containers to be laid under the ground and on the ground at desired size, diameter, hardness and pressure by filament windingis method or manual tilt method. Resin selection in CTP pipe manufacturing; isoftalic, Orthophthalic or vinyl ester resin according to the chemical and physical properties of the material to be passing through the pipe.
