DESIGN THE FUTURE TOGETHER
Our R&D department directs the research and development activities within the company and supports the increase of the competitiveness of the products in national and international markets. In line with the studies carried out, the latest technology equipment is adapted to our system and many new products are put into operation. Our goal is to conduct applied research by following the technological developments in the resin sector and to be a competent research and development center that enables new products to appear on the world market. In this context, it is aimed to provide added value to the world and our country with scientific studies. All the resins we sell today are produced in our facility and tested in our own R&D laboratory and by our expert R&D team.
The R&D working method of any resin proceeds as follows. Our R&D team consisting of expert chemical engineers, chemists and chemical technicians evaluates customer demands from domestic and foreign markets; they primarily determine for which application a resin with chemical and mechanical values is required. After this determination, changes in glycol, acid, acid anhydrides and monomer ratios on the existing formulas we have according to the properties of the desired mechanical and liquid resin Made. In laboratory conditions, studies are carried out in our 2 or 5 kg pilot reactors and the desired resin is tried to be produced. If we do not have a formula that will provide the chemical and mechanical values of the desired resin, then the desired formula is created by conducting the necessary research. This formula is developed by pilot reactor studies and sample work is done to the customer. The sample is delivered to the customer and the result is requested. If the product is deemed appropriate, work is initiated for industrial testing. For this, a large pilot study of the same product is again carried out on the customer between 50 kgr and 1000 kgr. If the user approves the product obtained as a result of this pilot study, then the formula is given to the production and added to the product range.
