Our R&D department directs the research and development activities within the company and supports increasing the competitiveness of the products in national and international markets. In line with the studies carried out, state-of-the-art equipment is adapted to our system and many new products are put into operation. Our goal is to conduct applied research by following technological developments in the resin industry and to become a competent research and development center that enables new products to be introduced to the world market. In this context, it is aimed to provide added value to the world and our country through scientific studies. All the resins we sell today are produced in our facility and tested in our own R&D laboratory and by our expert R&D team.

Our R&D team, consisting of expert chemical engineers, chemists and chemistry technicians, evaluates customer demands from the domestic and foreign markets and first determines which chemical and mechanical resin is requested for which application. After this determination, changes are made to the existing formulas according to the desired mechanical and liquid resin properties with glycol, acid, acid anhydrides and monomer ratios. In laboratory conditions, we try to produce the desired resin by working in our 2 or 5kg pilot reactors. If we do not have a formula that will provide the chemical and mechanical values of the desired resin, then the desired formula is created by conducting the necessary research. This formula is developed with pilot reactor studies and a sample study is carried out for the customer. The sample is delivered to the customer and the result is requested. If the product is deemed suitable, work is started for industrial testing. For this, a large pilot study is carried out again with the same product between 50 kgr and 1000 kgr. If the user approves the product obtained as a result of this pilot study, then the formula is put into production and added to the product range.
