Polyester cleaner

"Polyester Cleaner" is used to clean the tools used in factories and workshops where polyester resin is used. You can dissolve the cleansing resin and remove it from the environment with the help of cloth or similar cleaning products. 12 kg tin & 165 kg barrel packages are offered for sale. Cabosil M-5 Fume  silica

CABOSIL® M-5 fume silica is a hydrophilic fume silica with a medium surface of 200 m2/g. Silica dioxide (SiO2) is a natural compound produced from two of the richest substances in the world, also known as silica. Silicon dioxide, most of which is recognized in the form of quartz, is naturally found in water, plants, animals and the world. Earth's crust is 59 percent silica and accounts for more than 95 percent of the planet's known rocks. When you sit on a beach, it is silicon dioxide in the form of sand that gets between your toes. CABOSIL® M-5 fumed silica should be considered for use as a rheology control additive in all resin systems in cases where hydrophobicity and storage stability are of moderate importance. It is sold in paper bags of 10 KGR.

Polres Cobalt - Accelerator

Accelerator is used in curing polyester resins. Acceleration systems are temperature curing systems (e.g. SMC/BMC). The most commonly used accelerator among accelerators is Cobalt Octate Compatible with MEK-P (Methyl ethyl ketone). Those used in reaction preparation to adjust the gel and curing time. The amount of MEKPEROXIDE and Cobalt is determined according to the temperature of the air, environment and the application. It is sold in plastic cans of 24 and 25 kgr.

Polres Strien Monomer - Thinner

Styrene is one of the monomers used for thinning polyester resins. Polyester resins are available between 20-55%. It is used to bring the resin used in material production to the appropriate viscosity range. Barrel packaging is also sold at 190kg and tin packaging at 15kg.

Akperox A1 Catalyst for unsaturated polyester resins

Akperox A1 is a general purpose MEKP and is used for curing unsaturated polyesters at room temperature and in castings and paints together with metal salts. Akperox A1 is especially suitable for hardening gelcoats, lamination resins, varnishes and castings. In general, it is recommended to use %1 - 2 (by weight). It must be used in conceit with cobalt accelerators (Akcobalt 6%) at room temperature. 30 kg PE Can is offered for sale in 5Kg PE canister packages.

AKPEROX A50

The AKPEROX A50 is a general purpose MEKP for hardening unsaturated Polyester resins at room and high temperatures. It is usually used in combination with metal salts. Suitable for curing of gelkot resins, lamination (coating), vinilester, fiber, button, paste and casting type polyester resins, CTP pipe production. It is especially suitable for liquid gelcoat applications with its proven low water content. (e.g. Marine applications, cabinets, etc.) 30 kg PE Canister is offered for sale in 5Kg PE can packages.

AKPEROX A60

The AKPEROX A60 is a general purpose MEKP for hardening unsaturated Polyester resins at room and high temperatures. In addition to general purpose resins, vinilester resins, button type resins are suitable for curing casting type resins. It provides shorter gel and curing time than AKPEROX A50. It is especially recommended to be used in GRP Pipe production and general purpose applications. 30 kg PE Can is offered for sale in 5Kg PE canister packages.

Ti-Pure™ R-902 (Titanuim Dioxide)

Titanium dioxide (TiO2) Titanium dioxide, which is used as a colorant, is also known as titanium white. In addition to its use as a food colorant, it is also used in the production of paint and sun lotion. It is widely used because it effectively distributes visible light, giving paints and coatings properties of whiteness, brightness and opacity. Raw titanium dioxide is obtained through purification of titanium tetrachlorine. This process is carried out in two types as sulfate and chlorine processes. Commercial titanium dioxide is not pure, it is a synthetic pigment. It is sold in 25kg paper bags.

MAT8 450 GR/M2 CHOPPED STRAND MAT 

Glass fiber seals have been developed for general purpose hand tilting applications. Thanks to its good weight distribution, quick and easy soping, fiber structure, low resin consumption, very easy lying in the mold, very easy machinability, features, it has a wide range of uses and is compatible with wiper-based binding polyester resins.

KCR2(M) 2400 TEX SPRAY-UP ROVING

Spray-up spray fiber multi-end wick has been developed for special purpose spraying applications. It has smooth dissolving from the coil, good and easy trimmability, smooth distribution, very low static electricity, good sopitation and easy machinability, low polyester resin consumption, and its wiper-based binder is compatible with polyester resins.

FWR6-1200 TEX

CAMELYAF GLASS FIBER / FWR6 single-ended fuse is developed from E-glass fiber for fiber wrapping process. FWR6 pole wrapping fuse; smooth dissolution from the coil, superior process performance, non-cotton, quick and full wet, high mechanical properties, and the silica-based binder is compatible with polyester, vinilester and epoxy resins.

Polres Super Wax

In GRP and casting applications, the cleaned mold is applied to the inner surface with cloth, allowing the final product to be easily separated from the mold. The 1kgr metal box is sold in packages.
